Michael King. . . how I miss his wonderful writing - there was so much more he would have given us, Sleep peacefully fellow New Zealander and wonderful historian . . .
This new blog will be a mirror of the literature I love . . . I read mainly non-fiction these days after many years of fiction and short stories . I especially enjoy NZ books - history, poetry, anything involving our native flora and fauna with many horticultural books, including natural history.
Being a passionate, natural beekeeper, I also have a large collection of `bee books`, ranging from very old to newly published.
